When an SaaS company wants to sell their dealership audience on innovative technology and real-time data, an outdated website can really undercut their claims.
vAuto requested a full update for their website, including intuitive navigation, UX/UI design and SEO copywriting that would infuse their new messaging theme: How the Best Run Better.
I collaborated with the programming and design teams from initial concepts, wireframing, and SEO research through to final copy and client edits. I leaned on my in-depth knowledge of the target audience and each of the client’s nine products.
The copy speaks primarily to prospective clients while also providing resources and upsell opportunities for current customers. It takes into account the customer journey and dealers’ familiarity with vAuto as the leading brand in automotive inventory management software.
Results:
The result is a website that speaks to dealers how they talk—demonstrating a command of industry terms without getting too deep into jargon—and shows them how much more successful they could be with vAuto.
