We love reviews. When’s the last time you bought something on Amazon without checking what others thought of it? It’s because we trust people more than brands.

Leveraging the power of voice of customer, this “Change” campaign revolved around dealer testimonials. Assets led with each dealer’s unique yet relatable struggles – challenges he calls out so that it feels specific and empathetic, never feels artificial or manufactured. Then longer-form copy lands on the results this dealer saw, showing our audience what they can achieve by using this automotive SaaS.

Testimonial Videos

For the video work, I reviewed each dealer’s raw interview footage, then selected clips that would best tell a story that touches on their struggles, highlights their triumphs, and shows the client’s product as the sidekick dealers can’t live without.

Results:

This campaign led to an increase in video views, online engagement, social impressions, email opens, and product demo sign-ups.
