New Era Cap is a behemoth brand spanning sports and fashion. Not exactly congruous with the sometimes starched world of medical, legal, and financial benefits.
New Era’s HR department looked to us to bridge the gap, to bring out the fun and trendy (take that with a grain of salt) side to employee perks. After presenting concept options to the client, they chose a look with bold colors and a bold tone to the copy.

Results:
The result was a branding effort, a full redo of their benefits package, and launching the new program and look to employees through a series of emails, internal banners, and videos. All assets drove awareness of the programs and led to higher enrollment.

New Era sent this one sheet around to their employees to soft-launch the program’s rebrand while also promoting its expanded PTO offering.
